Another Sketch Challenge

Hello everyone

It's time for another Sketch Challenge and I have a great sketch for you from Janna Wilson from Got Sketch? using 4 photos. Valerie Salmon has very kindly given her permission for us to use this sketch - thanks Valerie!


Here is the sketch:-

It looks like quite a fun sketch doesn't it? We will run this until 31 May and then I will post all of the entries for us to vote on and we will announce the winner around 7 June. How you interpret the sketch is entirely up to you, but please remember, for the context of this blog, there must be at least 3 photos on the layout.

Challenge #1 update

Hi there
Well hubby & I have had an opportunity to get away for a week and will be away from the end of this week........sooo this means that I won't be around on the 14th to look at the votes for this current challenge and decide the winner. I thought of delaying the decision, but then I thought if I extended the challenge for a little longer it will allow a few more entries to come in as well to add to those that we have already received.
So, we will extend the challenge which will now close on 17 October; I will then post the submissions on 18 October, and we will make the decision on 25 October.....after I get back from the Brisbane Craft & Quilt Fair.....on my goodness!!

Here is the sketch again that has been created by the very talented Valerie Salmon:

We have some great submissions so far; we would love to receive yours soon....and you can submit more than one layout if you wish.

Challenge #1

Oh my goodness...I certainly set myself a task to find a sketch for this challenge using 3/6x4 photos....but I found some wonderful sketches by Valerie Salmon who has kindly given permission for me to use one of them.

So here is the first challenge sketch:-



Remember you can turn or flip the image any way that you choose and you have until 7 October to submit your layouts. Send them to mealin@optusnet.com.au when done and then we can all vote and decide a winner on 14 October. As well as my prize pack, Melinda from Scrapbooking'n'Craft has very kindly offered a $10 voucher from her online store - she has some great laser cut chipboard.

So come on scrappers; get working on your layouts using Valerie's sketch and remember, the main challenge is to use 3/6x4 photos. I am really looking forward to see how you all interpret the sketch.
