Hello there
I would like to post Becky Fleck's comments regarding the recent Sketch Challenge for you all .......
Quote "Ann, the layouts are fantastic! I've always struggled to create multi-photo layouts so I always admire the ones I see that look so effortless" Unquote.
I did remind Becky that it was all thanks to her great sketch. She has a lot more inspiration on her website www.pagemaps.com. Check it out when you need some great ideas for a layout.
TTFN, Ann :-)

Here are the Sketch Challenge submissions....
Hello everyone
Well here they are.....the gorgeous submissions for the current Sketch Challenge (which has now closed). We have had quite a few pages sent in which is just fantastic!
To vote for your favourite layout, simply send your vote to mealin@optusnet.com.au and advise the name of the layout that you like.
Voting closes on Sunday 30 January 2011 and I will announce the winner on Tuesday 1 Feb.
Good luck to all of the participants and thank you for sending them in.
Now.....here are the layouts :-)
Aren't they all great? I just love the different interpretations of the sketch with the embellishments. I think it might be hard to decide a winner. I can't wait to see who that will be.
Please send in you votes before midnight Sunday 30 January - thanks heaps!

Aren't they great? I just love the colours that she has used in the Cherish layout - very rich and elegant and fitting to the theme. I hope that you have enjoyed these as well.Dubai, UAE

My interpretation of the Sketch Challenge
Hello
I thought I would post the layout that I did for the current Sketch challenge seeing as I won't be entering the challenge as such. We have had so much rain here in Queensland, that I didn't have much else to do so I took the opportunity to scrap a few layouts!
Here is the completed layout:-

Here is a close-up showing the gorgeous Green Tara adhesive ribbon with some beaded wires bound together to imitate "xmas lights".

This close up shows the "snowflakes" I created with 15mm eyelet lace decorated with stickles and surrounded by Kaiser bling.....

This one shows the 3D ornament I created using the Nestabilities ornament die. I cut 5 of them and then folded them in half lengthways, then joined each half together to create the 3D effect. Then put stickles on the edges and attached the bling hanger....

This is the sketch from Becky Fleck from Page Maps that I hope I have adhered to...
What do you think?
I hope that you will send me you layout soon to be in the running for a nice little prize pack. Send you layout(s) to mealin@optusnet.com.au by 23 January.
