MARCH CHALLENGE IS HERE!

Hello everyone
Well it is time for another Challenge - I can't believe where the time has gone!  We aren't going to do a Sketch, instead we are just going to specify the criteria for your layout....so here we go.

Please create your layout using:-

Three photos or more
One patterned paper
Two plain cardstock
No flowers
A chipboard or die-cut piece
Your title as part of your journalling 


That's it......we should see lots of different styles coming in, so have a think about your page and start your creation.  As usual, we have a great prize available and I'm pleased to announce that we have a new sponsor.....A2Z Scraplets....I'm so excited....they have some amazing chipboard pieces available!  Thanks very much to Julie for her very kind support.

SKETCH CHALLENGE DRAWING TO A CLOSE.....

Hello there again
I hope you are all keeping well - it's a bit wet in Brisbane at the moment - I'm not too sure exactly how much rain we have had today as I have been in Canberra, but it was absolutely teeming today!! Well we need it I suppose, so shouldn't complain.

I just wanted to remind you all that the current Sketch Challenge is due to finish on 31 January, so if you are thinking of entering a layout for this challenge then you have a week to get it in to us.

WINTER WONDERLAND......

Well I'm pleased to say that it hasn't taken long for some layouts to be sent in after I put out a call earlier this week.

Thank you Debbie - these are all great layouts and I love the paper and colours you have used. Some of the patterned papers have replaced the need for lots of embellishments - it all just works!!

Just a suggestion.....when taking photos of your layouts, place them on the floor and take the photo from above :-)

LAYOUT CALL

Hello everyone

Happy New Year to you!! I hope you had a pleasant and relaxing Festive Season and hope that 2012 will bring you lots of adventures and happiness.

Now that things are a bit more settled and we have some time to get back to scrapping, I thought I would put out a call for some more multi-photo layouts to place on the blog.

Any style of scrapping is welcome; you don't have to use the latest products or techniques; just as long as the layout contains three photos or more then you are more than welcome to send them in and I will place them on the blog.....you will be published!!

DECEMBER/JANUARY SKETCH CHALLENGE IS HERE.....

SKETCH CHALLENGE EXTENDED TO 31 JANUARY 2012 (due to the busy Festive season)


Hello again

It's time for another Sketch Challenge......I can't believe how quickly they come around!!

This month's Sketch has been exclusively designed for us by Shawn Lahr from Nuts About Sketches




A lot of Shawn's sketches are done with the multi-photo layout scrapper in mind so check out her blog for some other great designs to keep your creativity flowing.

Our challenge will run until the end of January 2012 so you have lots of time to have a go at this one. Remember to flip and rotate the sketch around to suit, but most importantly your layout must contain at least 3 photos to keep with the criteria of this blog. A great prize is up for grabs including a $10 voucher to spend at ScrapbookingnCraft. The winner will be drawn at random at the end of the month.

Our new sketch challenge will be posted tomorrow, so keep an eye out for that one. We would love to receive your layout. There will be a prize for the winner drawn at random at the end of December.
