Ok.... here we go with Challenge 1,2,3,4

Alright everyone....here is the next Challenge for you all....I wanted to do something a bit different to a sketch challenge to keep things interesting.

This is called Challenge 1,2,3,4 and it works as follows. You are to create a layout using:-

1 border/edge/corner punch feature;

2 different embellishments being chipboard (not lettering) and pearls;

3
photos - any size;

4 different pieces of cardstock and patterned paper, with one of them being a circle and one of the pieces is to be edge distressed.

This is the minimum requirements for your layout - you can certainly add more to make the page your own.

So what do you think? Challenging enough? I think we are going to see some awesome layouts!
You have until 31 March to send in your layout, and then we will take votes for a week and announce the winner a week later. So it's game on....put your thinking caps on let's get creating and have some fun.

Please send your layouts to mealin@optusnet.com.au.
I can't wait to see your submissions...........ok...ready...set....go!

Have a great week, Ann :-)

  1. Yes, I think that is fairly complex. Will put my thinking cap on.

  2. Ok....but it doesn't have to be complex :-). We generally use at least 2 pieces of paper/cardstock and most papers are double-sided so they will match.....the chipboard embellishment can simply be a journal piece, or even in the shape of a photo corner????? The use of pearls can just be 3 pearls in a triangle shape in a corner. Remember that you can certainly add to the materials...you can add flowers, ribbons, buttons etc if you want to.
    It is a challenge but just have fun with it...I'm sure it will all flow when you get started Dale - I have great confidence in you!
